Qatar's leading travel operator Mannai Travel Group launched its 2011 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities where employees took part in a Beach Cleanup.

Mannai Travel Group includes Mannai Air Travel, Mannai Holidays, Space Travel, VFS whom joined hands together with the Ministry of Municipality & Urban Planning to clean the coastline in the North Township (Al Ruwais), picking up litter and setting an example to the wider community on the importance of environmental protection.

"At Mannai Travel we have the pleasure to send our customers to some of the most beautiful beach resorts in the world, so we are well aware of the environmental and social importance of preserving Qatar's precious coastline for the benefit of current and future generations," says Farukh Sardar, Travel Group - General Manager.
