Arvind Chaddha started his career in 1973 with ICI in India and later moved to Britannia Industries (the Indian subsidiary of RJR Nabisco of U.S.A.) where he rose to the position of Senior Vice President, Finance, Diversification and Exports.
Arvind relocated to Dubai in 1993 to join Al Futtaim Sons as their Finance Director. In 2002 he set up Catalyst Consultants, a consulting practice out of Dubai which he successfully ran for over 6 years, advising clients across the GCC with special focus on areas relating to new business initiatives and existing business process reviews.
Arvind has over 35 years experience acquired through leadership roles across various corporate functions in large professional multinational companies. He is a Commerce (Honours) graduate from Delhi University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
