Job Description:
• Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receives 100% of telephone calls and visitors
• Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and other concerns
• Prepares correspondence for customers and suppliers on behalf of the manager and the sales team
• Monitors all incoming and outgoing correspondences, LPO’s and registration papers. Ensures that all documents are properly filed
• Ensures knowledge of staff whereabouts
• Notifies the managers regarding staff absences and tardiness
• Keeps the manager well-informed of activities, results of efforts and problems identified, recommends corrective action
• Performs routine office tasks necessary for the operation and presentation of a professional organization
• Assists with clerical tasks to include typing, filing, proofreading, and maintenance of service logs and data entry

Minimum Qualifications:
College Graduate
Skills Desired:
• Excellent oral and written Communication skills
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Excellent customer relation skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Years Experience Desired:
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in an automotive industry
