Unitary Air Conditioners

Job Description:
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues for unitary business (Unitary Package unit, ducted split unit, VRF, mini split units & window ACs)
• Oversee the activities and performance of sales team in projects as well as in showrooms
• Monitor achievement of sales target and evaluate performance of sales team
• Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
• Develop pricing schedules and rates & negotiate with partners and principals
• Formulate sales policies and procedures
• Monitor and control inventory
• Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
• Analyze data to identify sales opportunities

Business Unit:
Energy & Industrial Markets, HVAC
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Skills Desired:
• Good interpersonal relationship
• Good communication and presentation skills (Arabic as well as English)
Years Experience Desired:
Min 8-10 yrs exp in sales,marketing of Unitary Air Conditioning Products in one of the following: Carrier-York-Trane-MaQuay-Mitsubishi-Daiken-O.General-Toshiba-LG-Samsung-Sharp
