At least 15 years hands-on experience in a service workshop of earth moving equipment like Caterpillar, Komatsu, JCB or Cranes like Grove and with a minimum 3 years experience in a managerial position in the same field |
| Job Descriptions: |
- Responsible for the overall operation of HED workshop.
- Deals externally with customers
- Deals internally with other department within the organization
- Responsible for the service staff management
- Maintains an excellent communication with suppliers and establish rapport with customers
- Responsible for warranty processing and monitor productivity of every service team
- Coordinate with Parts Manager for parts requisitions
- Prepares reports as assigned relative to activity like budget reports on service profit generating jobs, service warranty and technical trainings as required by our suppliers
